Rogue Web Hosting and its parent Rogue Web Works focus on providing a cohesive and complete set of products and services to our clients. We specialize in "solutions" for entrepreneurs and new or growing businesses. Located in Ashland, Oregon, we work with companies all over the country but focus our attention on our local economy and enjoy working with other Rogue Valley businesses whether in Ashland, Medford, Jacksonville, Grants Pass or beyond. Our services include website domain registration, web hosting, secure hosting (SSL), e-commerce support, traditional and CMS (Content Management System) website design and maintenance for Joomla, WordPress and a variety of e-commerce solutions including X-cart and Big Commerce.
Company History
Rogue Web Hosting is the natural evolution of our shared backgrounds—a blending of skills and experience.
Eric has been in the computer industry since the late 1980's when he got involved in desktop publishing. That experience led him to computer consulting where he managed the hardware and networks of graphic design businesses into the mid-1990's when he founded Coastside Net, Inc. with three partners. At Coastside Net he gained vast experience with internet connectivity, web hosting and wireless technologies. During that time Eric was also a partner in a search engine marketing training company. Upon leaving Coastside Net in 2006, Rogue Web Works and Rogue Web Hosting were born.
Robin began designing websites in 1996 while a fine art student at CSU Hayward when a friend suggested she could do a better job than the "professional" who had been doing their work previously. This chance encounter was the catalyst that started Robin on the path she has followed ever since. In addition to the skills developed over almost two decades in design, Robin has a masterful grasp of written English that was fine tuned in years of working as an executive legal secretary. Robin's attention to detail and fine art training are apparent in her clean style and well-balanced pages.
